Already few days that we are welcoming our visitors in the French capital at the very famous Show SIAL. We are very happy to notice that once again, you are a lot to visit us. We already have our routine here at SIAL. Of course, it is the 4th time that Queseria La Antigua participates to the show.
We are already halfway and time is flying. Our stand has lots of fan.To be completely honest, our hand bags are very famous. Yeah yeah our hand bags. After the Cheese Fashion Week in Barcelona, we wanted to present our new fashion packaging to Parisian fashionistas. Made by hand in Salamanca, our new babies are drawing attention. Designed to welcome cheeses, you can also use it as a beautiful accessory of Haute Couture.
Every year, our stand is appreciated for our design. Our packagings draw attention and we are very proud of it. But they are not the only one to have success. Sheep cheeses of Queseria La Antigua also have many fans : cheese lovers. This year, we wanted to present them our new products : our lactose-free range. That is to say the soft sheep cheese, the soft cheese maturated with pink pepper but also our matured and aged sheep cheese. They are all lactose-free. Nowadays, more and more people have intolerance to lactose. We wanted to resolve their problem because of course they love cheeses. We propose them an entire range of sheep cheeses without lactose.
La Antigua team is very happy to present you those products. The SIAL show is not only the way to present new products, it is also to transmit our passion and even more, our culture. We are very proud of our land. We want to promote not only our products but also our country and our beautiful region. Spain is and will always be a country which have an incredible gastronomic culture. Our country is famous in the entire world for that and we want to keep it.
SIAL is full of professional of the whole world. As we explained you in our previous article, 6500 exhibitors from 104 countries are reunited every two years in order to share their passion for innovation. Yes, the key word here is INNOVATION. And as you already know very well, La Antigua is in love with innovation. Our cheese flowers, our creamy cheese and our sheep cheese maturated with white truffle from Italia draw attention of French and foreign customers. It is very difficult to convince French consumers to eat foreign cheeses but you can trust us… we did it !
