The main reference in Spain at the industry of smoked products is, without any doubt, Ahumados Domínguez. In 2014 they will be present again at the Premium area of the Alimentaria Barcelona show, being this way for one more year, a Gastronomy Jewel.

But the product they will introduce us in this year’s Premium edition is something else: it is their Supreme Smoked Salmon, a cut made for the finest gourmets in the world that will satisfy them completely. It is the maximum expression of the “smoked” word.
